Feeling stuck, scattered, or like your brain just won’t cooperate sometimes?

You’re not alone - and you don’t have to figure this all out by yourself. If you’re juggling energy levels that often shift, constant overwhelm, or a schedule that never looks the same twice, you’re in the right place. I work with creatives, remote workers, and young professionals who are navigating ADHD, burnout, and non-traditional routines. No formal diagnosis is required.

We’ll take a compassionate look at your current systems, find out what’s working for you, and build new habits that fit your life - not someone else’s idea of “productive.” My approach is flexible, neurodivergent-affirming, and rooted in real-world strategies. My coaching style is informed by my own lived experience with ADHD and burnout.

I am dually accredited with the Universal Coaching Alliance and the Association for Coaching as an ADHD Coach. I am also partnered with Focused Space, an online community that helps manage the challenges of balancing work, life, and wellbeing.
