Do your workouts over Zoom for live coaching and feedback, with the option of adding asynchronous workouts throughout the week.

Meet at El Parque de Albalat dels Tarongers in Valencia, Espana for live coaching and feedback, with the option for adding asynchronous workouts throughout the week.
In person
Equipment
No equipment or gym access? No problem! Workouts can be body weight only.
If you do have a gym membership or home gym, workouts will be tailored for equipment that’s available (kettlebells, barbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, machines, etc).
